Privately owned all new condo at a luxury beach front resort on Miami Beach's 'Millionaire's Row'. Featuring beach, two pools, jacuzzis, Tiki Bar, gourmet restaurant, 24 hour concierge, free valet parking, gym, salon/spa, playground for children! This place has it all and is moments from South Beach, Bal Harbor, and all major Miami tourist attractions!

Enjoy ocean and intracoastal views from the terrace of this two-bedroom/two-bath Miami Beach condo. This brand new, fully renovated, gorgeous unit features marble floors throughout!. The large living/dining room features modern, tasteful leather furnishings! 'South Beach style'. comfortable and elegant. The entertainment unit contains a cable TV/VCR and a stereo. The dining table seats four. The fully-equipped Granite topped kitchen features stainless steel appliances . Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom w/tub/ shower combo. Second bedroom with two double beds. Second bath has large shower. Everything all new and gut renovated to top standards!

The view of the Intracoastal is to your right, while the ocean view is to your left, and a view of the neighboring building is in the middle. The unit has a southern exposure, is airy, and is always nice and sunny.There are coin-operated laundry machines on every floor. The Alexander is a luxury condo resort!

Room service and maid service are available for an extra charge. Condo amenities include ocean access, two beautiful swimming pools, hot tubs, a gym, spa, and even a salon. Towels are available free of charge at the swimming pools. Chairs, umbrellas, and tent-like shelters can all be rented at the beach. We are located ten minutes from 'happening' South Beach, and from elegant Bal Harbor. We're less than one hour from the famous Miami Seaquarium, Monkey Jungle, and Parrot Jungle. We're only moments from Miami's famous Art Deco district. This is a no-smoking apartment, and no pets or parties are allowed. Full rental fee and refundable security deposit are required in advance of your arrival.

Hi Brenda,

Just wanted to let you know everything went fine on our stay at the
Alexander. Very nice appartment! The only improvement I would recommend
is to have a complete set of dishes. There were only a few big coffee
cups and the rest were very small, there were no cereal bowls, etc.

All in all, I would definitely recomend this appartment!
