Miami Vacation Rental condo

The master bedroom has a king-size pillow top bed, a chaise lounge, an armoire with a TV/VCR, a clock radio, and a large dresser and large mirror. The master bath, en-suite, is granite, marble, and ceramic tile; it has two sinks and a tub/shower combination. There is plenty of closet space throughout the apartment. There is a large terrace with seating and two small side tables. The view of the Intracoastal is to your right, while the ocean view is to your left, and a view of the neighboring building is in the middle. The unit has a southern exposure, is airy, and is always nice and sunny. All the beds except the sofa are pillow top beds and have down pillows. There are coin-operated laundry machines on every floor. The Alexander is a luxury hotel with gourmet dining on the premises at 'Shula's Steakhouse,' and poolside dining at the tiki bar. For private tenants, there is free valet parking, local telephone/fax usage, and concierge service.

Room service and maid service are available for an extra charge. Condo amenities include ocean access, two beautiful swimming pools, hot tubs, a gym, spa, and even a salon. Towels are available free of charge at the swimming pools. Chairs, umbrellas, and tent-like shelters can all be rented at the beach, or use those provided by me. We are located ten minutes from 'happening' South Beach, and from elegant Bal Harbor. We're less than one hour from the famous Miami Seaquarium, Monkey Jungle, and Parrot Jungle. We're only moments from Miami's famous Art Deco district. This is a no-smoking apartment, and no pets or parties are allowed. A rental fee and refundable security deposit are required in advance of your arrival.
