Our goal is to provide an atmosphere of comfort with all the amenities of convenience. The private parking lot is next to the elevator. The private entrance is guarded by a security gate. The spacious living /dining areas have been arranged so that conversation and TV viewing are separated while joined. The bedrooms have private access to the bathrooms. The master has the terrace and views of the ocean and mountains while the second has the mountain views. The beds have firm pillow top mattresses which assure comfort and good rest. Both bathrooms are completely tiled in marble with a large jacuzzi tub in the master. The kitchen is equipped to make food preparation easy. Filtered water, disposal, dishwasher, microwave and even a tortilla warmer on the stove top are all designed to make your holiday time easy and hassel free.
While Casa Malachite offers the opportunity to enjoy 'doing a lot of nothing,' its location provides convenience to any of the hundreds of attractions/activities the area has to offer. Some of the best restaurants (Barcelona Tapas, Cafe des Artists, Si Senor, Pipis) are just a few blocks away. Maria Candelaria's has the best tamales in town and they deliver! The most famous art galleries are also in the neighborhood, along with boutique shops and all the other retail one would find in an international destination. And then there is the beauty of the natives, their charm and crafts. The Malecon has nightly music in the square - often with dancing. Local artists display their creations while discos and night life beckon to enjoy whatever form of entertainment you want. In the 'do nothing' side, an easy day between the beach and pool is always highlighted by the fireworks shot from the Spanish galleon, the Marigalante, in Banderas Bay just below the balcony.
