We've owned and rented Ruby Way since 2003, we fell in love with the property the minute we looked at it, the National Forest land uphill means there will be no neighbors ever building houses there. Also Forest land across the street makes Ruby Way a semi private property even though its located 1 block off Ski Run Blvd & Pioneer trail.
Mark purchased this house in 2003

What makes this house unique
Private Hot Tub off front deck with great views of the stars between the pine trees. Cabin is set up so all you need to bring is food, drinks & firewood to have a fantastic time in South Lake Tahoe.
Cafe Fiore, the best restaurant in SLT is only 3 blocks away.
Guestbook comments from the owner
> Hi, Mark. We had a nice time; it was a wonderful break ( but back to work now) . We had no issues with the house. It was clean and comfortable, very pleasant. We enjoyed eating out on the little deck, but we did eat at Heidi's once as you suggested and it was very good. Thanks for everything , Mark!
