About The Owner

I'm in l-o-v-e with the Sarasota/Venice area. Spent much of my time up North in Computer consulting, and realize this is the area to settle and have fun.

My two sons and their families come down occasionally to live the life here on the West coast.

Why The Owner chose Venice

The Venetian Golf and River Club is very close to the Venice and Nokomois Beaches, as well as the world-famous Siesta Key Beach. Casey Key, home to Stephen King, is near by.

The golf Course at the Venetian Golf & River Club was recently rated in Zagat's "America's Top Golf Courses".

St Armand's Circle and the downtown Sarasota area is well worth a peek. You can enjoy the P.T. Barnum Mansion/Museum and the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens while in Sarasota

What makes this house unique

Besides enjoying the great resort amenities at the Golf Club and the River Club, The new Myakka River Park just down the road, offers leisure kyakking and canoeing. Further down the road is access to the new 10.6 mile Legacy Bike Path which stretches from the historic Venice train station up to Sarasota.
