The villa was designed to fit the view property in 1975 by famed architect Alexandro Zohn, and then completely renovated and enlarged in 2004 by Sr. Zohn. Throughout the years the villa has been featured in books and magazines showcasing its unique design and style. The villa contains 8,000 sq. ft. of living space, and another 8,000 sq. ft. are terraced or planted in tropical gardens. The entire property is very private, and completely walled in to provide the utmost security.
