Vacation Rental Description Condo is in excellent condition and completely renovated in 2007. All new furniture, new paint, new floors in Kitchen and bathrooms. *This condo is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach South Carolina,4 miles from the Airport and a 4 mile drive to the white sandy beaches. 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1385sf, fully furnished with a TV in each room. *Our unit's screened in porch faces River Oaks Golf Course and is across the street from World Tour Golf Link. The Legends; The Bell Terre; The Wizard; and the Man-O-War golf courses are just within 5 miles radius from us. *Freestyle Theme Park is 1.4 miles down the road. Also just minutes from the Coastal Grand Mall, Tanger Outlet Malls, Broadway at the Beach, Fantasy Harbor, WalMart, Costco, Supermarkets, Airport, Aquarium, Restaurants etc. and only a short drive to the white, sandy beaches.
