  • Payment is accepted in us currency. Credit cards accepted.
  • All rentals require a refundable $400.00 security deposit and a $100.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee. security deposit which will be refunded upon acceptance by the cleaning company of property condition at the end of rental. in addition any cancellation that occures with less than 4 week notice is subject to loss of rental deposit if the unit can not be rented due to the lack of time available to market. Four weeks is considered a month, for monthly rental. Rental week goes from check in Sunday at 4PM to check out Sunday at 11AM.

Backyard patio overlooking 1st hole of Painted Mountain Golf Course where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching golfers on the green. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. or walk over and get a golf cart and play a round of golf. Fully furnished unit with only neighbors on each side of unit. just unpack and enjoy.

Other Activies: Rockin' r Ranch ranch western show, desert jeep tours, hiking in the superstition mountains, tortilla flat stagecoach, art galleries/museums, gambling-casinos and day trip to beautiful sedona just to name a few things to do.

We were very pleased with the view, overlooking the first fairway of the Painted Mountain golf course. Carts do make some noise (not electrical). Watching golfers is kind of fun from the nice terrace.
Club house within walking distance.
House was very clean, new. Kitchen well stocked.
Interior more modern than on pictures, which we liked.
Nice garage.
We would recommend this property and definitely go back again.
Great for golfers.

Lovely 2 br, 2 ba villa

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2 br, 2 ba villa. The villa was very clean and neat, and the owner provides a well-stocked kitchen and laundry room. The patio overlooks the 1st tee of the golf course at Painted Mountain.

The villa is centrally located in east Mesa near restaurants and shopping, and is a very short drive to Usury Mountain recreation area and other local attractions.

I would definitely return to this villa and highly recommend it to others.
