Notes: This spacious cabin has 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms and sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably. On the main level you find the spacious living and dining rooms with a fireplace and decorating antiques, including old imported British rail equipment. The downstairs level hosts a full bar, wine collection and a pool table for guests’ entertainment. Also, a private sauna for 6 to 8 people can be used all year. Upstairs you find the main room with a king size bed, beautiful views of the woods and the water and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi-jetted bath tub and a separate private shower. A second room is also located on the upstairs level with two twin size beds and its own private bathroom. The third room is located in the bottom level and has its own bathroom as well. Home can be rented in combination with its neighboring cabin, of similar architecture, only 100 yards away in the same private villa.

All rooms are equipped with cable TV (DirecTV) and wireless Internet. All full bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi jets bath tubs.

The home is equipped with laundry and drying machines, full kitchen and the common amenities of a comfortable home (TV, music equipment, etc). Technicians and maintenance on site are available at all times.

A private pond in the back of the house is home to ducks and fishes. A private sauna, pool table and bar are located in the lower level room.

Ski: Local ski resort CHAPELCO (Argentina's second largest resort) is a 20 minute drive away.

Golf: The Chapelco Golf is one of the few golf courses designed by Nickalus in Latin America and is located a short drive away from the house.

As you know, this was our honeymoon and what a honeymoon it was! Your home is truly magnificent and we enjoyed every moment that we spent in your treasured palace. There truly are no words or pictures that accurately depict the beauty, the setting and the tranquility that you feel once you pull up to your exquisite home.

From the moment that George picked us up at the airport, everything was perfect—and I do not use that word “perfect” too often. I cannot say enough about George and the wonderful service that he offers. He has a gift of making you feel so welcome, as if you were old friends returning for a visit. George has the magic touch of serving with keen attention to the details, always being prompt, and truly caring about showing your guests this wonderful part of the world. Please know that his service is indispensable—particularly for the woman whose husband went off fishing—that would be me! J

George picked me up on the days that I did not join Greg fishing and he was an excellent ambassador to your home and to your country. George is blessed with the gift of really understanding the meaning of client service while at the same time giving you space to relax! My heart-felt thanks to you and George! Never get rid of him! He is an asset to your fabulous home!

Now, getting back to your home—WOW! The love, attention to detail, and the passion that went into designing and building your home is reflected in each room! The hardest part was selecting which room you wanted to be in and for how long! Needless to say, the master bedroom is fabulous. Every morning when I woke up, I felt this deep sense of peace and tranquility as I looked out the sprawling windows to the countryside. I miss being there and the solitude that it offered.

There is no doubt in my mind that we will be back—and if I play my cards right, it will be next year. I pray that you will honor the same or similar price for us. I know that sounds a bit greedy; however, I do not want to stay anywhere else except in your home!

Please know that our honeymoon was so wonderful and your home played a large part in a magical trip. Many thanks to you and please extend our heart-felt gratitude to George—he deserves to be recognized for all of his hard work and dedication to making the home a real experience!

Estuvimos con mi familia este invierno, estaba muy sucia con restos de excremento de ratas. Muy lindo el lugar pero necesita atencion, los baños estaban usados (todos) y tuvimos que limpiarlos personalmente, ademas tienen inconvenientes con el acceso y no nos dejaban ingresar por el camino principal.

Beautiful house with expansive greenery amid picturesque scenery. Extensive decking and outdoor furniture were a plus; we visited in the Patagonian summer and spent a lot of time outside. An excellent place from which to sight-see because the area surrounding San Martin de los Andes offer much variety.
The house can accomodate a large group and would be perfect for a large family.
The rooms are large, which i appreciated, and the bathrooms are too.
I loved everything about it.

Beautiful house with expansive greenery amd picturesque scenery. Extensive decking and outdoor furniture were a plus; we visited in the Patagonian summer and spent a lot of time outside. An excellent place from which to sightsee, because the area surrounding San Martin de los Andes
offers much variety.
The house can accomodate a large group and would be perfect for a large family. The rooms are large, which i appreciated, and the bathrooms are, too.
