Restful, Convenient Getaway Near Downtown and Seattle’s Largest Park

Located in Seattle’s quietest neighborhood, our brand new two bedroom 1000 sq/ft downstairs unit is only five miles from Pike Place Market, two blocks from Discovery Park (534 acres) and half a mile walk from the Ballard Locks (Seattle’s second biggest tourist attraction). Boasting a full kitchen, eight foot high ceilings, washer/dryer, king bed, fireplace and much more, you will feel right at home.

Also, being situated right next door to Metropolitan Market (a high end grocery store) makes everything convenient. Pop over for coffee and doughnuts, the deli for lunch, or their hot food line for dinner, they have it all, including wine and liquor, simply across the street. The 24 bus line is also only a half block away, so no need for a vehicle!

We want you to enjoy our space as much as we do! Everything in our unit is meticulously cleaned and maintained. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to experience Seattle.

There are ring doorbell cameras at the front gate and door, another on the cars and side yard. None are indoors or facing anywhere private.
No flushing anything besides toilet paper and human waste. This unit uses a sump pump and anything else will get stuck and will require a plumber.
When available please park in front of the house and leave room for two other vehicles. If not, please park on W Thurman or south on 33rd ave w

Great stay in Seattle!
We really enjoyed our stay at Cody's place. The apartment was very clean, modern, beautifully decorated & well-appointed. It's in a great location, just minutes from downtown Seattle. Cody provided helpful instructions & excellent restaurant recommendations & things to do in the area. If we're ever in Seattle again, we would definitely stay here!

Wonderful stay!
This two bedroom unit was a delight. It was roomy and well furnished. It was clean and bright. And all finishes were high end and excellent quality. My granddaughters and I enjoyed watching a movie on the huge screen tv in front of a warm fire. The owner made us feel welcome and it was overall just a really good experience. I would highly recommend a stay here.

This property’s location is ideal. Having a full kitchen and being right next to the grocery store is so convenient. It’s also so close to downtown and the bus line, yet just far enough away to feel peaceful; the best of both worlds.
