Perfectly located near the popular historic Guadalupe/Railyard district, this charmer is within walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, the farmer's market, bookstores, art galleries,and the contemporary art center, Site Santa Fe. Loaded with Santa Fe touches including vigas, tile floors, and a private patio for a summer BBQ. The opening living room is comfortable to relax and enjoy the kiva fireplace while reading all about the Santa Fe sights. The open kitchen is well equipped and the group can all help with the cooking. The master bedroom is separate from the guest bedrooms and offer privacy for late sleepers. The twin bedroom can also accommodate a couple, and the beds can convert to a King size.

This condo was so comfortable for our family of five! We loved the decor, the space, the privacy,. . . everything. Plus, it's easy to walk into town from the condo. And, if you need to drive, some of the main streets are less than a block away. It was just such a convenient location. Our experience was excellent.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
