Conveniently located adjacent to City Pier, Pier Park, Calypso Café and 11 miles from the soon to be completed International Airport. ALSO LESS THAN 2 MILES TO FRANK BROWN PARK. Our unit features a master suite with king-size bed and private master bath, balcony access from master bedroom and living room. The queen-size sleeper sofa, additional bedroom and Bunk room make this an excellent rental for large families or group of friends. Each room has a television with cable TV and there is a large DVD/Video library. The kitchen features granite counter tops and all the modern conveniences that will make you feel at home.

This is a fantastic condo; very clean and perfect for a family with lots of room. The Calypso beach is gorgeous and groomed daily, and the location is the best in PCB...teenagers can walk across the street to the new mall/movies. The owner, Debbie, provided great tips and left brochures about the trolley route and things to see and do in the area, and was terrific at communicating. You cannot go wrong with this lovely condo, and it's a great vacation!

My husband, mother, 2 children ages 5 and 10, and myself stayed at this condo in June. We absolutely loved it and hope to return. We had no problems and the unit was spotless.
