Privacy and seclusion, without isolation. This unique property offers it all. The house, a beautiful chalet, is tucked out of the way and is virtually surrounded by state land. Yet you’re only seconds to shopping and minutes to Belleayre Mountain and Lake. You can take a hike, or snow shoe, on the adjoining state land, along the old abandoned rail road tracks and end up at a tributary of the Esopus River. In the warmer months you can put on your water mocs and continue your hike in the shallow water! Near the towns of Shandaken and Big Indian, you are only about 2 ½ hours from New York City.
