We stayed in the townhouse in April 2009. Located in a perfect location for exploring Newport Coast and beyond, the acommodation was excellent and furnished to a higher standard than many rentals. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made full use of the on site pool and facilities at the adjoining owner's clubhouse. The owner, Tom, was very helpful and friendly throughout the booking process and during our stay. We will definately return to this house in future !!

We spent 7 days in your beautiful house and enjoyed it immensely. Everything imaginable that we might need was there. They say location is everything and your home is in the best location. It was so easy to get to Disneyland and getting into Santa Monica, to visit family. The house is close to Crystal Cove that is a must see when in the area. Close to great restaurants and getting to the beaches.. Laguna Beach, Corona Del Mar is only minutes away. Great beach shopping that the girls enjoyed. Our family will cherish our time that we had together in your home.

Our California Vacation

This was our first time using a rental vacation home but it will not be our last! It was truly a relaxing, carefree way to travel. The description and pics shown reflect this property perfectly and our host, Tom, provided excellent customer service. The townhouse was clean, well-maintained and fully stocked even including the laundry detergent. We did not visit the clubhouse but spent our time in the outdoor pool and hot tub shown in the pics which was very well maintained. We would definetly recommend this property to a friend and we plan on using it again in the future.

We had a great stay at the premises near Crystal Cove and did enjoy the stylish and comfortable accommodation and accouterment.
We found it easy to get in touch with the landlord had pleasent support during our holiday stay and the photos and location based infos are accurate and represent the reality.
Spotlessly clean and cultivated interior hand in hand with tastefulness design.
Whenever we should be back in OC, we will definitley try to stay here again.
Pool and community pool and tennis courts near by. Golf course at the Pelican Hill, Beachcomber Restaurant at Crystal Cove or Las Brisas at Laguna Beach and a lot of good restaurants on Balboa Island are just around the corner.
