A new screen-enclosed swimming pool with a large pool deck has recently been built along with a cabana room. The cabana room has a rest room, mini refrigerator, sofa sleeper, and TV.
The kitchen is very modern with new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware and dinnerware, spices, and all the gadgets you'll need whenever you are cooking in. We also have a gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many restaurants nearby.
The family room has very comfortable furniture, a 32-inch TV, cable TV, a DVD, CD, VCR, and a surround-sound home theater amplifier. The entertainment unit includes games such as checkers, Backgammon, chess, Monopoly, and playing cards. And there is a nice selection of books.
There is a large balcony with dining tables off the dining and family room areas. The Manatee bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a picture of a manatee on the wall. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The cabana room is the forth sleeping area.
There are ceiling fans throughout the house, in all the bedrooms, and on the pool deck.
Additional amenities include free local phone calls, central air-conditioning and heating, a full-size washer and dryer, beach towels and bed and bath linens. Long distance calls require your calling card.
