Welcome to our beautiful 11th-floor penthouse condominium at the south end of Estero Island. Our condominium has been completely renovated including all new appliances, cabinets, and corian countertops in the kitchen. It's beautifully decorated with all new furniture, bedding, carpeting, and tile. The large private balcony faces west, and provides spectacular views of the beach, romantic sunsets, and Sanibel Island. There are beautiful bay views from the kitchen window. There is a saltwater estuary and bird sanctuary in front of the condo. Enjoy the large swimming pool and the tennis court, on site. Jet-skiing and parasailing are available at the beach. Numerous golf courses are nearby. There are great restaurants on the beach, as well as nearby in Fort Myers and Bonita Springs. A shopping center and boat rental are available across the street. And a new supermarket (Publix) is one mile away. For your convenience, there is a beach trolley to take you back and forth on the island.
