Our 2 bedroom apartment in a refurbished historical building, the former Post Office headquarters, converted into a condo of quality apartments. It is located near Cais do Sodré and Chiado, precisely next to the emblematic Time Out Market, in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Lisbon.

This accommodation is modern and comfortable, with 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a seating and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area and 1 bathroom. Included 24h security, Wi-Fi, cable TV.

The apartment has the privilege of being on the only floor with a balcony, with access through the living area and both bedrooms.

There is a fully equipped kitchen area: fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, a toaster and iron facilities. Air Conditioning/heating are in all bedrooms and living room, Wireless Internet and Cable TV.
Bed linen and bath towels are also included.

Upon request, and for an extra fee (prices depend on the type of service) we can arrange daily cleaning of the apartment and the change of linen and towels.
In the living room we have Lisbon Guides and Maps in English and an information book with instructions and “our” Lisbon Tips.

If necessary we have cribs and baby chairs available upon request.

Our apartment is located in the heart of downtown Lisbon, on the Praça Dom Luis I, only 5 minutes away from Cais do Sodré train (the line to Cascais) and subway stations, the famous “pink street” where you can go for a drink and dancing after dinner, and also a few steps away from the lively Mercado da Ribeira-Time Out Market where you can buy fresh foods or enjoy great meals from renowned local chefs whilst surrounded by locals.

Near the building you have a lot of different restaurants with very different types of cuisines and in a short walk distance you’ll find the lively streets of Chiado where you can shop and eat at trendy restaurants. Bairro Alto is also at walking distance if you want animation during the evening with lots of bars, Lisbon’s most amazing view points (miradoros) and many other spots such as churches, museums...

It is the perfect spot for you to experience Lisbon, discover what the city has to offer and stay close to all tourist attractions with the train, tram, metro and bus station located 120m away.

Parking is paid, there is an underground park right in front of the building, the prices of which are:

First hour €2.40 per hour
Daily maximum €27.50 max daily

LISBON TURIST TAX:
