Down comforters, new appliances and furnshings. Sandy beach down nearby beach access stairway, or short walk to Moonlight Beach. Adjacent to the walking district of Encinitas, for shopping and dining. Boogie boards and beach chairs provided. Barbeque on the patio above the surf. while viewing the dolphin schools, or grey whales commuting in the winter/spring, to and from their nesting grounds in Baja California. Your own private get-away to year-round surfing, World Class Golf courses or taking in the local area and nearby attractions. Located in the most sought after area for vacationing in San Diego and close to all; Encinitas, between Carlsbad and Del Mar in north coastal San Diego. Encinitas is known for being the flower capital of the world, a combination of three communities that include Leucadia and Cardiff by the Sea, each having their own distinctive flair.

This little oceanfront community has only 6 duplex style homes with their own private entrance and decks. The two vacation rentals have identical floor plans, with the master bedroom and bathroom above the living room, and the queen bedroom to the opposite end at the lower level. The second bathroom is next to the bedroom on the entrance level, as is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. The parking is directly adjacent to the particular home.

My family spent 10 wonderful days there, we enjoyed every bit of it. The property itself, the view, the calm, the weather, ...
The house is very clean and neat, neighbors are nice, the area offers everything we needed. My family from France enjoyed it very much.
The beach is not as clean as we had hoped though.

The first picture tells the story - what a stunning view to wake up to, & spend the day with! The condo was excellent, spotless, & comfortable. We have family & friends in the area, & they all walked in with "Wow!" as their first word. I suspect they'll be advising their visitors to forget the chain hotels, & stay here.
We had great meals at the Brigantine in Del Mar, & killer Margaritas around the corner at El Callejon (sp?) on 101 @ Encinitas Blvd. Panniken always good in the morning. Also, we had a last-night party with take-out feast from Rubio's, which we found with their flyer in the info packet the owners had left for us.
The neighborhood & beach is great for walking, & also quiet. Other good beaches are a very close drive down 101. My husband grew up nearby, & this was his 50th anniversary of learning to surf. We felt like we weren't in 2009 staying here - the laid back feel of the area in September wasn't 1959, but it was pretty darn good. We will be back again.
