Description of Home Layout: Enter at the porch into a small entry area with large closet, and then directly into the large kitchen. There is a large butler's pantry off the kitchen with king-size front-loading laundry machines, a beverage/wine cooler and lots of storage space. Off to one side of the kitchen is the spacious family room with a large flat screen TV and a vestibule leading to a full bathroom with a tub/shower and small bedroom with two twin beds. In the other direction off of the kitchen is a large dining area and living room with fireplace, as well as a small front entry with closet. The deck, large terrace, outdoor shower and yard can be accessed from the dining area. The staircase in the foyer beyond the dining area leads to a lovely second floor bedroom suite, with Queen size bed and a fireplace. The bathroom has a large fireplace, soaking tub and marble accents. Off of the foyer on the first floor are two vestibules. Continued......

Description of Home Layout cont.....: One leads to a large guest bedroom with fireplace and en suite bath with limestone floors and counters and large marble and limestone tiled shower. The other vestibule leads to a spacious master suite with a king size bed and built-in armoires, one of which conceals a large flat screen TV. The French doors open onto the private deck and terrace. There is a very large walk-in closet and a large and luxurious master bath with a mosaic marble floor, botticino marble counters, two sinks, a large soaking tub and a large marble and limestone tiled shower with a rainfall shower head. There is a private water closet next to the shower. Outdoors, there is a gas grill, large outdoor shower, mahogany deck, blue stone terrace with lounge furniture and a dining set and ample yard for children. The walk to the center of town about 1/2 mile, through lovely neighborhoods filled with antique homes.
