Just minutes from four world-class ski resorts, downtown Aspen and the airport, this home sits on 2 acres directly fronting the Roaring Fork River with views of Aspen Mountain and Red Rock Mesa. The home features a fully landscaped, large front lawn -- and a rear yard that features a walkway down to a picnic porch on the river's edge. The soothing sounds of rushing water can be heard from all bedrooms. Catch rainbow trout and brown trout from a 'Gold Medal' trout stream in your own backyard! The main and upper levels sleep 9 people while a new optional lower level sleeps 4 with pool table and home theater. The decorator-designed decor enhances vaulted ceilings throughout. A sunken conversation area is dominated by a 20-foot-high river rock fireplace.
