Spacious residence with ample private parking on beautiful grounds, only a few minutes drive to Del Mar Beaches and Cedros Shopping District. Racetrack just 15 minutes away. Living Room offers open floor plan, Great Room style, stone face fireplace, hard wood floors, new 42' Sony Bravia LCD, billiard table, comfy leather sofas, dining area and wine fridge. Both bedrooms have comfy queen size beds with high count sheets sets and walk in closets. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs if you choose to be the Chef.
