Great Property, squeaky bed

The property overall was great. It was clean and just as advertised. There were two minor issues. #1 - the bed was pretty squeaky, so turning over always produced noise. And #2, the windows were not the most insulated -- when cars drove by or people walked by talking -- it sounded like they were directly in the living room. But, our stay was great and everything else was awesome.

Nice location but some issues ...

This is a fairly new listing, so we were pretty forgiving when we stayed here. The location is fabulous and the neighborhood is great. It's a new build, so everything is fresh and new. But there were a few problems, maybe because of the newness of this rental. First, and most unforgivable, the floor was dirty when we arrived. It looked like it had not been swept at all. We went ahead and swept ourselves. The other offenses are minor. They need some additional hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. The toilet backed up and there was no plunger. We had to trek down to the hotel to get a plunger in 0 degree weather. The body wash ran out mid-shower. The television in the bathroom wasn't programmed, so we couldn't use it. There was no dishrag in the kitchen, so we had to punt and use a wash cloth. The ice maker didn't work. Neighbor upstairs was pretty loud. So, these were minor inconveniences. If these could be addressed, as well as the cleaning issue, we might stay here again.
