Daytona Beach is the 'World's Most Famous Beach'. There are almost unlimited activities to enjoy such as swimming, volleyball on the beach, sailing, jet skiing, fishing, boating, biking, golf, concerts and whale watching. The city's famous pier and oceanside boardwalk is lined with a multitude of restaurants, bars and shops. Nearby attractions in Orlando include Disneyworld, Universal Studios and Sea World (1 hr drive along I-4). Begin each day in paradise from fully furnished 4th floor oceanview condo having a separate bedroom (2 double beds) with a private bath, kitchen, dining area and living room with second full bath. The condo includes two individually controlled air and heat units, direct TV, fully-equipped kitchen (full size fridge, microwave & 2 burner stove) and private balcony. Outside are two pools (one heated), a gym and laundry room. You'll be able to enjoy the beauty of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your balcony or on the hotel's beautiful back patio.

Rested and Relaxed

If you are looking for R&R, you found the perfect spot. This condo was perfect for my family. The layout was spacious enough for myself and 4 teenagers. We never felt crowded and the 2 bathrooms were definately a plus. The view was fabulous and the ocean was a few steps away. After a full day, the cool ocean breezes allowed for a relaxing came of cards on the outdoor patio. The pool area was immaculate and the grounds well kept. The pier was a huge bonus. We were able to enjoy a fabulous dinner and enjoy the shopping and the "sling shot" amusement ride. Both Jennie and Sheila provided service above all my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone and am already choosing dates for next summer! Thank you, Jennie for making our vacation a memorable one.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was clean, cozy. Two very nice pools, and the beach just a few steps away. The pier is about a mile's walk north on the beach with restaurants, ice cream/candy store, even amusement park-type rides. It rained some while we were there, and there is a movie theatre close by with some shops; also a short drive south there is the Marine Science Center where they rehab sea turtles and have some small aquariums with fish and turtles, etc. This would be fun for children if you need a break from the sun. Any questions that I had in planning the trip/making the reservation were quickly answered by Jennie. She is very eager to make sure details are taken care of and is always asking how she can do a better job. Loved it!

Even though I live in Florida, I have made many trips to Daytona Beach for the week-end and/or holidays. This mini vacation was one of the most stress free and enjoyable that I have encountered. The condo is exactly as described and you feel very welcome during your stay. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a quiet stress free vacation. It is clean, good ocean view and close to many of the wanted activities. We hope to go again this year.

The Perfect Family vacation!

We have spent many vacations in Daytona Beach but this by far was the best. As soon as we arrived we called Sheila (contact for the unit) and she notified that the condo was ready to go on up even though we were an hour early. The unit was immaculate. It was everything that was promised. The view was awesome and the condo complex was the best I'd ever seen. There were constantly people working around the pool to make everything perfect for their guest. We met other guest that were just as happy with their stay as we were. I don't think I will stay anywhere else again. This is a top notched unit with top notched owners! I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable vacation. It was my husband, me, and our two kids and we never felt cramped in the unit. The beds were comfortable and the linens weren't like hotel linens. There were beach towels, boogie boards, and all the cooking utensils you could need. There is nothing I could possibly suggest that would make it better. In the past we have always been ready to go but this time we didn't want to leave. Thanks, Jennie and Mike for letting us use your unit. We will be contacting you soon to visit again.

Peace & Relaxation

I stayed there last fall with my wife and 5 year old daughter. Great pools in the complex despite a poolside tiki bar with a drunk bartender. The unit was 408 and had a great side view off the balcony to the ocean. We liked the 2 bathrooms and it was very CLEAN. Go there any enjoy!
