Home has cable televisions in all bedrooms and consists of 1 King, 2 Queen and 1 twin bedroom accommodation. Wi-fi and telephone available. BBQ, Crib/High-chair available. Very private fenced yard for sun-worshippers and covered lanai for outdoor dining. Quiet sub-division of only 110 homes in a gated community for your security and peace of mind. Only 15 minutes away from Disney and 5 minutes away from Championsgate and Reunion for golf enthusiasts. Restaurants, shops and gas stations along with brand new Publix just opened. Great Vacation Rental

The Grand Reserve Villa was the perfect place for our vacation. The community was quiet, the home was beautiful. Pictures cannot convey the luxury and Jane was wonderful! We would absolutely go back! Thanks Jane!

Lovely home.

This was one of the best homes we have ever rented. It had everything we needed and the details made our stay extra special. It was every bit as described and in the great reviews and more. The pool temperature was the perfect temperature, the neighborhood quiet,close to grocery stores/pharmacy, and the owners very attentive.

Great Rental - Highly Recommended

The Grand Reserve villa is amazing. It is so spacious, and the villa must be tended to by an interior decorator! Every little detail is accented. Pictures really do not do this home justice! I loved the open layout of the villa, not to mention the lovely neighborhood (gated). The fenced in yard is great for kids, and the pool was a great source of entertainment when we weren't at local attractions. Everything with this villa was exactly as described in the listing. I felt the owners went out of their way to make their guests feel at home on so many levels. We would recommend this rental to anyone, and have already sent links to several people we know will be visiting the area in the near future!!! We'd even love to revisit ourselves!!!

Spacious - Nicely Decorated - Private Home

This spacious home is nicely decorated and has linens of a higher quality than you would expect in a rental house. The Fenced back yard adds privacy to the screened pool and spa which were heated when we arrived as promised.

Located in a gated community which is great for walking.

Close to Champions Gate, Ginn LPGA Tournament, shopping, Disney and Sea World.

Wonderful Hosts and Property

Janet and Philip made our vacation stellar. The house was immaculate! They were available immediately, with Philip coming out to make sure the pool was warm enough (he had been out prior to us arriving at the house and turned on the pool heater). The house is very well furnished and equipped. Janet stayed in touch with us via email to make sure we were satisfied. We would return in a minute!
P.S. we left a blender for all of you that will follow us...enjoy the margaritas and daquiris as we did!
