Awesome destination to unwind!

We found the property to be roomy, comfortable and accommodating. We appreciated the multiple bedrooms and 2 full baths. We enjoyed being able to fix our meals and wash clothes as needed. We especially loved the pool and close access to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed biking, mini golfing, an afternonn at John's Pass and lunch on the water at St. Petersburg Pier! The property was nicer than we expected, and Kathy was a pleasure to work with. We've told several of our friends about our great vacation, and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable environment.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at "The Intercoastal". The condo is pleasant, clean, well equipped and well furnished. The location is also great, just across from the beautiful beach and has a great view of the intercoastal waterway from the balcony. To top it all off the customer service from the owner was great.

PERFECT PLACE AT THE PERFECT TIME!

My husband and I really needed to get away from everything and just relax and we found the perfect place. When we arrived and walked through condo it didn't disappoint. It had everything listed and more and we immediately knew we made the right choice! It was beautifully furnished and have every detail covered from games, DVD player, full kitchen and linens, washer & dryer and Free Wi-Fi. (I admit, we did check our email and used the internet to choose day visit locations) We checked out the kitchen to find it fully supplied with dished & silverware as well as paper products, trash bags, etc. There were even a few bottled waters nicely chilled in the fridge with a note to enjoy them compliments of the family who had been there the week before.
We enjoyed the water at the cafe table out on the balcony and watching boats come in and out of the channel and a few water skiers. When unpacking we found beach chairs in the master bedroom closet and immediately walked across the street to the beach. It was absolutely breath taking and surprisingly there were only about 25 people out on the beach.
We had a list of restaurants from the owner and tried most of them. There’s also a great donut shop just down the street that makes incredible chocolate covered butter cream filled donuts and very good coffee.
We spent out days sight-seeing and really enjoyed St. Petersburg. We bought the trolley pass and spent an entire day there. Late afternoons were spent on the beach or in the private pool. My husband event walked the shallows searching for shells each day. It became a daily activity.
If you need a break from the world or want to take the family to the beach, stop looking for the perfect place... YOU FOUND IT! We are already talking about how quickly we can come back. The property owners were great and so helpful. We couldn’t ask for more!

Like a home away from home!

The Intercoastal was a great getaway! The décor was warm and inviting and the balcony provided the perfect ending to a long day at the beach. The views of the Intercoastal Waterway were beautiful and the beach was just a short walk. The owner was very helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations in the area, which was a lovely added bonus! We can’t wait to come back again!
