Sunriver's airport accepts private planes and nearby Redmond, Oregon has a major airport. Bend, Oregon is 12 miles away and has shopping and fine dining.

Notes: TV is large flat screen LCD; The deck is quite large when no snow it doubles the living space of the home. Great outdoor entertaining space. Gas stove is low maintenance no carrying or chopping wood and allergen free-heats entire home if needed. Very cozy. Home is clean, comfortable and up to date. There are 34 miles of developed hiking/biking trails in Sunriver.
