This progressive timber-style fashioned accommodation is built in the heart of Big Bear West, California's deluxe neighborhood. It's a Wonderful Life Luxury cabin is a perfect breakthrough for a family vacation. It incorporates five bedrooms. Thus, you can invite up to 14 companions to join you on your exclusive trip to the panoramic Big Bear Lake at its front. Five parking spaces are also available for elite traveling experience to nearby locations. This is a three-story vacation rental with high-end amenities to frame your holidays as relaxing and entertaining as possible.

The beautiful view from the entrance awaits your appreciation. A large fenced yard in front is open for outdoor fun. You can get together and enjoy the sunlight. Create sunkissed moments for your feed. You can get a little active and play outdoor games without any potential interruption to privacy. The spacious porch area consists of a comfortable seating arrangement where you can sit and rejoice in the far-fetching mountain views and deep water lake view. The cabin is surrounded by flora that helps you unwind all worldly force and dive into the beauty of nature.

Once you enter the chalet, witness a fully-furnished living room with high-quality leather sofas and cushions for cozy evenings. All pendant, reversed pendant light, and lamp are set to enlighten your night-time retreat in the common room. A fire extinguisher is installed at the side in case of a fire emergency. A large cabinet with digital television installed in the center with all-functional internet accounts ready-to-stream using a free wireless connection.

Meanwhile streaming, the kitchen is alongside the living room where you can cook delicious meals for your family and friends. A solid dining table for 15 people is set upright in the middle of the kitchen and living room area to enjoy both cooking/eating and streaming. Hence, you don't need to miss a good part of the movie. The kitchen area is fully-equipped, including a refrigerator, gas range, oven, wine cabinet, utensils, and whatnot!

When it's time for some holiday barbeque and grilled meals, the open fenced yard is ready to serve with space and resources.

Oversized windows are installed at the dining area's side; hence, you don't need to miss a sunny hour in Californian noons. The tiled floor in the kitchen keeps your toes moving with joy. You can also feel the warmth of timber-touch as the living room floor has a wooden touch. A fireplace is also on the side in the living room, counterfeit to a day spent on the lake.

After a day filled with fun and beach sand, get into the immense hot tub installed in the spacious and 100% clean bathroom. Glass showers with hot water access are also available in each bathroom for everyone's comfort. Bathrooms also contain small cabinets for guests to store personal self-bathing products to achieve a homey scent while you are miles away.

Each bedroom has a personal balcony area with private access if you want to spend some private time with your favorite companion. From the balcony, you can take pleasure in the night-time lake view. Further, wake up early morning and hear the birds chirping while you take the first sip of your morning beverage.

There are three queen-sized bedrooms with twin-over beds (in one, for children). 1 master bedroom with necessary amenities is also available, best suited for couples. Another game room has two twin-over beds for children to have some extra fun on holiday.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
