This beautiful cozy cabin has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 2 family rooms, a dining area, a recently remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, new carpet, new tile and custom cabinets throughout, as well as a hot tub and breathtaking views of the entire Bear Lake! This cabin provides a wonderful destination for a family reunion, company outings, or just a get-a-way with friends. Local activities include: skiing and snowmobile riding, water skiing, hiking, horse back riding, or simply a place to come and relax. There is plenty of grass space to play, picnic, barbecue and lounge. The hot tub is nice place to retreat at the end of a long day. So take a break from real life and come visit this incredible get-a-way. The amenities and activities are endless. There is something fun for the whole family to enjoy during your stay: summer, spring, fall or winter!

    -Cabin rents in blocks of time from June 15 September 15 : Weekday Block (Mon at 3pm to Thur at 3pm), Weekend Block (Thur at 3pm to Mon at 10am).
    -Weekly rent reflects a 10% discount
  • -Check in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is 10 a.m.
    -Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are considered weekend nights.
    -Cabin cannot be reserved without the $500 reservation deposit funds.
    -No credit card processing fee for calling in a $500 reservation deposit with a credit card.
    -5% credit card processing fee applies thereafter for paying balance of rent.
    -Balance of rent due 60 days prior to occupancy.
    -Cancellation policy: 30-60 days--½ refund; within 30 days--no refund.
    -Extra Person Charge of $10 per person per night if group has over 18 but less than 30.
    -Groups over 30: by special permission only at an increased rate, on a case-by-case basis.
    -Snowmobiles/ATV refundable damage deposit of $500 per machine required prior to occupancy if they will be rented. Snowmobile rents at $5 per mile not to exceed $100 per day of occupancy. ATV rents at $50/hour, not to exceed $150 per day of occupancy.

Great cabin!

We had a wonderful time on our family reunion. The go-cart and AVT were great intertainment for the whole family as well as the hot tub. It has a beautiful view of the lake and a nice yard for the kids to play in. We even roasted marshmallow and made s'mores. The cabin is beautiful! Plenty of room even for our large group.

Wonderful getaway with family.

The cabin was everything I expected from the information I got from VRBO.
When we arrived all was clean and tidy. Well stocked with all the necessities. The view from the top balcony was breathtaking. The evening we arrived, I received a call from the owner making sure we got in and that all was satisfactory.
I am the mother of three and the grandmother of ten. We were all there and what a wonderful five days we had. I would gladly recomment this property.

We had a wonderful time, and created a thousand memories. We were impressed the second we opened the door. The decor and style of the cabin was beautiful. We loved the view of the lake, the hot tub, fire pit, and everything in the cabin. What a wonderful set up. Our children thought it was the coolest place in the world, and didn't want to go home. I would recommend this cabin to all my friends, and family. We enjoyed shopping at all the local gift shops, the lake, and really just enjoyed spending time in and around the cabin. We took family pictures in the front and back yards, with the yard's wonderful backgrounds. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us, and helping us create memories with our children and extended family. This trip will not be forgotten.

Bear Lake Getaway

We had a great time at this cabin. There was plenty of room to hang out in and plenty of sleeping space. The big window in the family room is a great place to sit and watch the children play out back. The hot tub was a nice bonus. One of the best things about this cabin is that we felt secluded. We felt like we had our own space. The only complaint we had was for the cleaning crew. The floors weren't as clean as they should have been and a few other things. The owner was informed of these issues. We would plan on going to this cabin again!
