You may Charcoal Grill outside on 2nd floor deck .... but with caution please against outside metal railing ! Snow is hand shoveled after pre-agreed 4' snow fall, direct to your front door.

    $95 Per Night: Only available if their are NO days booked following your weeks stay, at the time of your 1st days weekly contracted and paid in full stay.
    Long Term Stays:
    1 Month to 3 Month $2,400 per mo, 6 Month $2,300 mo, 9 month to Annually $2,200 per mo.
    Includes all 4 bedroom facilities.
    Full Time: Beginning with One Month, Rentor responsible for clean and changing of sheets / linens / towels at .
    Long Term ALL 4 BEDROOMS w/STUDIO SUITE .... 'No Outside Subletting allowed'
    Rental Discounts will be Based on Total Persons, Availability and additional amenities requested.
    Contact Condo Owner for Discounts & Amenities to be provided prior to any full time contract.

    IMPORTANT Only 6 person Thunderbird Lodge tour allowed for ANY Weekly or Full time signed contract.
    Extra Tour cost $39 per adult, $19 per child under 18 yrs.
  • NON SMOKING : If smoking occures there will be NO Refund !
    NO MORE THAN ( 6 ) PERSONS BASED ON CONTRACT will be ALLOWED !
    We are Not Prudes, but as the owners, we also stay occasionally and consider this 'OUR HOME' AWAY FROM HOME and take pride as to how it is used or abused in this paradise on earth.
    Enjoy the stay BUT please consider the neighbors and other condo vacationing house guests with a 11pm to 8am Quiet Time, or at the least 'NOISELESS' Outside activities :)
    No Additional 'Overnight' Guests / Friends / Neighbors / Drop ins / Party Pass-Outs / Xtra Boy or Girl friends etc. :)
