Ground floor of furnished bungalow on quiet street just off Lombard St. Bus stop a block away. High speed cable Internet access. The kitchen is modern and features an alcove for a table with a view out to the back garden. There is access to the brand new washer/ drier downstairs and to the 28 ' X 36' enclosed back garden shaded by a giant apple tree. The long side faces south and gets a lot of light. There is off street parking for two cars as well as ample on street parking. The garage and remainder of the basement is reserved by the owners
