We like to call it 'paradise in a 20 acre hill-country bottle,' conveniently accessible by car just 45 miles northwest of Austin, TX. If gas prices or the shaky economy requires you to stretch your vacation dollar, you won't find a better value than M&M Creekside. Cedar-lined hillsides descend to open pasture lands sprinkled with mature oaks and several other species of native trees growing along the over 1600 ft. of vibrant, spring-fed Sulfur Creek. Our creek runs year-round and features waterfalls and several deep pools - perfect for swimming, tubing, fishing, skipping rocks, or just sitting under a tree and watching a Fall leaf make its lazy way down river. A spacious 3500+ square foot home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on two stories. Four of the five bedrooms offer private french-door access to the rear patio and deck that overlook the private pool and creek below.

Awesome trip for our young adults!

This was an awesome experience for our group of young adults. The owners were very helpful before and during our stay and bent over backwards to assure our group the experience of a lifetime! This place met every aspect of our trip and we will definitely book this property again! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away for a weekend and enjoy the quiet, laid-back lifestyle this facility offers with some great fishing and swimming. Mark, thanks again for all your help in making this a successful trip for our group! We really appreciate the extra effort you extended to us!

The location has an excellent Hill Country feel with great views, plenty of land to roam on and awesome private river frontage. The management was very helpful and the accommodations were nice, comfortable and function well for large groups. The features and accommodations offer everything we could have needed. This is an EXCELLENT value vacation destination!

Amazing place! We had a great time! The owners were very hospitable, very available to answer all of our questions before/during the trip. Lovely property for groups or couples, great running stream for fishing, swimming, tubing. Big house with lot of bedrooms, great pool. Highly recommend this place!
