Fully furnished duplex - Both units are the same floorplan each with their own style furnishings. Side #1 has 2 Bedrooms, one with a King Bed, the other with a Queen, + Sofa Sleeper in living room, Pac 'n Play and tile floors.

We recently installed all new sound reducing windows, doors and insulation so it keeps the duplex cool and blocks out the airport noise.
Need more room? Rent both sides or add the 1 bedroom, 1 bath Cottage. There is a flat screen TV in ea Living Rm and one in ea Bedroom. Comfortable Living Areas, with Satelite TV, WIFI & phone. There is Covered Off-street Parking for 1 car ea unit. Ea unit has their own Private Covered Patio outside. We bought this property becaus it is located in a stable family neighborhood and yet it is close to freeways, shopping, restaurants and the airport. It is such a handy location.
There are two comfortable duplex units plus a small private cottage. There is a nice yard with large oak trees where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening coctail.
We really enjoyed our stay in San Antonio and this home help make our visit a success. The interior of the home was slightly different from the pictures advertized, but it was equipped with comfort in mind. Both Elise and John made themselves available and help us with all of our concerns.We really enjoyed the location of this home because the neighborhood was so quiet and it had a excellent park near by for walking our dog. My husband and I stayed at this rental property for his mother's funeral. I must say that it was immaculate! The property manager was courteous and prompt with a minor plumbing issue. Their description was accurate. Discovered the nearby greenway hiking/biking trail at Salado Creek. Convenient to everything including the Los Patios meeting center. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a charming home away from home!

Our family of five needed a place to stay as we looked to buy a house in San Antonio. This property fit the bill beautifully. The owners are very diligent about maintaining the property, and the few issues that came up during our ten-week stay were tended to promptly. Plus, they are about the most pleasant people to deal with that you could imagine. Another reviewer mentioned that the property is located in the flight path of the airport. True, but the only time we ever noticed it was when we were grilling or having an evening glass of wine in the back yard (where we spent a lot of time), and it bothered us not at all. Inside the house, the double paned glass in windows and doors does a pretty amazing job of muffling any sound from outside.
We found the location very convenient to our purposes. It's north of downtown near Loop 410, and everything we needed was an easy drive away.
Furnishings were just fine. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the bath was clean and nicely furnished. Not high end, but perfectly good and better than average. And for the reasonable price, way better than a hotel.
This duplex apartment was just what we needed. The location was perfect for visiting our nearby family. We stayed for a month. We were impressed with the way these older homes in the neighborhood have been remodeled and kept so nice. Everyone was friendly. John and Elise were very accessible and handled all our request. Elise supplied us with several baby furnishings and toys. We will stay here again.
On a cross country trip, we decided to layover for a week on San Antonio, My wife, our puppy and I found this adorable semi to be just the ticket! Within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, easy access to the highway. The tiled floors were perfect for our little dog. A bonus was the BBQ and outside seating area. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfortable. This unit could sleep 4 adults and 4 children easy. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Elise was the perfect customer service oriented owner, answering all my inane questions. I just wish we could have stayed longer. There is one item that you might consider, the unit is just off the flight path of the international airport, but that being said, they cease operations around 11 and do not reopen until 6....peaceful sleep...This unit is located perfectly for golf courses, a day trip downtown to the riverwalk, or a day in the Alamo. I would definately recommend this unit and Elise to any that are considering visiting San Antonio. Well Done to both John and Elise. Thank you guys.
This duplex is beautiful, clean and cool, and a step away from the crowds. It is located with easy access to highways in a lovely modest neighborhood. Pros: Tile floor throughout was very clean. Decorating was a step above and beautifully done. Bathroom was too steps above -- very nice and spotless! Shower was great. I would recommend this to friends, and even my mother. :-) Cons: It's near the airport, if that noise bothers you. It didn't bother us at all. Planes began taking off at 6 a.m., but we're from an east coast time zone and wanted to rise early to explore wonderful San Antonio.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We'll stay here again on our next trip. Every bit of our transactions with Elise were very professional.
