Fully furnished duplex - Both units are the same floorplan each with their own style furnishings. Side #1 has 2 Bedrooms ea with Queen Bed, + Sofa Sleeper in living room, Pac 'n Play and carpeted floors.

Side #2 has1 King bed, 1 Queen Bed, Pac 'n Play, Sofa Sleeper in the living room, tile floors.

Need more room? Rent both sides or add the 1 bedroom, 1 bath Cottage TV in ea Bedroom & Livng Room. Comfortable Living Areas, with Cable TV, WIFI. Free Local & Long Distance Phone.

Covered Off-street Parking. Ea side has their own Private Covered Patio with Table.

Friendly Neighborhood, Tree-covered, Shaded Yard with your personal charcoal BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Large Park and Tennis Courts 2 blocks. City Pool, Bike Trail 2 miles. Linens and Housewares, fully equipped kitchen. Full size Washer & Dryer. NEED 3, 4 or 5 BEDROOMS?: We have a special rate if you want to rent both sides of the duplex. This will give you a total of 4 bedrooms: 1 with King bed, 3 with Queen beds. It also gives you 2 full baths.

If you need 3 bedrooms, you can add our new Cottage to either side at a special rate. This will give you 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

If you need 5 bedrooms, take both sides of the duplex + 1 bedroom cottage. This gives you 5 bedrooms and 3 baths.

This gives you plenty of room for everyone, privacy when you want it, bbq grills and outdoor gathering space when you want to get together. The perfect solution!

Please let us know in advance if you want a pack 'n play or inflatable mattress placed in your unit prior to arrival.

There is also a 1 Bed Room Cottage with Queen bed and it's own kitchen and bath.

This duplex apartment was just what we needed. The location was perfect for visiting our nearby family. We stayed for a month. We were impressed with the way these older homes in the neighborhood have been remodeled and kept so nice. Everyone was friendly. John and Elise were very accessible and handled all our request. Elise supplied us with several baby furnishings and toys. We will stay here again.

This is just the best.

On a cross country trip, we decided to layover for a week on San Antonio, My wife, our puppy and I found this adorable semi to be just the ticket! Within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, easy access to the highway. The tiled floors were perfect for our little dog. A bonus was the BBQ and outside seating area. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfortable. This unit could sleep 4 adults and 4 children easy. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Elise was the perfect customer service oriented owner, answering all my inane questions. I just wish we could have stayed longer. There is one item that you might consider, the unit is just off the flight path of the international airport, but that being said, they cease operations around 11 and do not reopen until 6....peaceful sleep...This unit is located perfectly for golf courses, a day trip downtown to the riverwalk, or a day in the Alamo. I would definately recommend this unit and Elise to any that are considering visiting San Antonio. Well Done to both John and Elise. Thank you guys.

Relaxing with easy access to tourist spots

This duplex is beautiful, clean and cool, and a step away from the crowds. It is located with easy access to highways in a lovely modest neighborhood. Pros: Tile floor throughout was very clean. Decorating was a step above and beautifully done. Bathroom was too steps above -- very nice and spotless! Shower was great. I would recommend this to friends, and even my mother. :-) Cons: It's near the airport, if that noise bothers you. It didn't bother us at all. Planes began taking off at 6 a.m., but we're from an east coast time zone and wanted to rise early to explore wonderful San Antonio.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We'll stay here again on our next trip. Every bit of our transactions with Elise were very professional.

FABULOUS VISIT AND HOME!!!!

This was the perfect choice for my families vacation. The home was very well appointed with everything that we needed right at our finger tips. The location is within 10 miles of all of the attractions that we were interested in.
Having a home vs. a room made the trip. We had more room to roam and a yard to BBQ. What a delight. I will never travel without using home away again.
This property was very clean and Elise was able to answer all of our questions quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in San Antonio. We planning to return next year and we will be staying here then.

Our stay was most enjoyable. The duplex was well appointed. Very clean and provided all the comforts of home. Location was easy access to points of interest in city. So much better than staying in a hotel.
