Painted in light blue and white, our Blue Ocean Breeze beach house makes a picture-perfect contrast against the bright blues of the ocean and sky. You’ll be able to spot home from miles down the beach as you search for shells or take a late evening stroll.

Open living room: The open living room stands ready for a large group to adapt it to their specific needs with a brand new 50 inch LCD HDTV. A big comfy sofa includes a recliner feature to put your feet up. This huge brand new couch even includes a queen sofa sleeper. The room’s prime feature is two sets of sliding doors with perfect ocean views. Left open, the doors allow the living room to naturally extend into the elevated beachfront deck. There, sun loungers and 2 dining table await great parties. Within this large room is an informal area where high-backed chairs and tables invite guests to lean back during card games or lively discussions through the wee hours. A ladder access transports guests to a large loft that sleeps up to three - sure to be a hit with kids or young adults. A ceiling fans cools both areas.

Floor plan: A separate first floor living room accessible by an internal and external staircase provides privacy and a space for down time, where a sofa and beached themed coffee table set the scene for a multi-purpose space. At night, the sofa doubles as a bed, sleeping two. Need more space? Try the first floor adjacent family room where a queen sofa bed is ready to magically pop out.

Two kitchens - one on each floor - provide great flexibility. On the first floor, guests will love the convenience of a full kitchen with double sink and spacious fridge. The second floor’s wide galley kitchen offers guests all appliances including an oven, stove, microwave and toaster oven.
