This home can accommodate up to 20 guests, so it is perfect for families traveling together or for your next family room. This home is two stories, and each floor is set up as its own private residence. Perfect for letting all of you be 'together' yet 'separate'. The upstairs unit has 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and washer/dryer. The downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and another washer/dryer. You'll love spending time on the upper deck, looking out at the Atlantic Ocean and your very own beach.

Flagler Beach is only 70 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport, 20 minutes from Daytona Beach, and only 5 miles from Interstate 95. Make plans to enjoy surfing, surf fishing, shell and shark tooth hunting and unlimited relaxation. This home offers a Great central location, only a bike ride away from Matanzas State Park. The park has miles of hiking and bike trails, a real fort, and an impressive fishing area (no license needed!). Oceanfront restaurants, playgrounds, park, and tennis courts are also nearby, and several marinas, boat ramps, and golf courses are only minutes away. The famous historic district of Flagler Beach offers blocks of antique shops, boutiques, restaurants, and Friday night entertainment.
