Home features large family room, bonus room with futon and has sleeping for 10 people. Walk to Chatham Village, 4/10 miles to Oyster Pond (salt water), 1/10 mile to watch cape cod league baseball games and Theatre. The Master bedroom has King bed, the second has a Queen and the third has two twins. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living room. NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
