Beautifully decorated and maintained mountainside home less than 1 mile from Mt. Cranmore and moments from the village shops, inns, restaurants and outlets of North Conway. 15 minutes to Black, Attitash and Wildcat mountains.Set in the middle of two plus rising acres the western views are spectacular from all 3 floors. nothing but the majestic Moats and surrounding mountains outside. The open floor plan contains soaring ceilings and field stone fireplaces, lit by floor-to-ceiling windows and sky-lights. Gourmet country eat-in kitchen plus living room, dining area and even a 'working office' with wireless connection. Lower recroom a real escape: handmade built_in bar, pool table and couches around a huge screen TV. bedrooms are large and well decorated, some with private baths. Mud room and garage. hard wood floors and high-end treatments, this home will not feel like other rental houses.

  • The bathrooms are all beautiful. Two of the bathrooms have oversized tubs and they are all very large with tile on the floors and beautiful counter tops.

  • The master suite is on the 3rd floor. It sits atop a loft that has a day bed with trundle and an optional portable crib. The master suite has a private bath and a full wall of windows. The view is simply amazing. The 2nd floor bedrooms include a queen room with a private bath and a second queen room with a shared bath. There is a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom across the hall from the queen and the twin room. The basement bedroom has two twins (easily pushed together) and access to a full bathroom.

What a House to spend a family vacation in!

Amanda - we love the house! My husband and I vacation in North Conway every year and this year we rented your large house to invite our three children, their spouses and children, to vacation with us. Well, I must say that all of the children and grandchildren enjoyed spending the week in this very spacious and well kept house. All of the bedrooms have lovely bedding with plenty of closet space for clothes - and the treasures we bought at the local shops. The layout of the floor plans works so well with large groups. Our grandchldren are very yound - 2 months to 3 years old - and they had plenty of room to play plus at nightime, once they were asleep from a day at Story Land, the adults had the rec room to play a game of pool and relax a bit. My personal favorite room is the kitchen with all the appliances and work space a serious cook can enjoyed. The views of Cathedal's Ledge and Moat Mountain are magnificant. A special treat for the entire family was the sighting of a black bear walking up the mountain side. Such a surprise. I have fallen in love with this house and it's surrounding. The entire family want to return next year for the Annual North Conway Vacation. I can't wait that long - I plan to return in the Fall. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
