Riverside Townhouse On The Battenkill -furnished monthly rental. Lovely tri level townhouse offering a fully equipped kitchen opening to the dining area and living room with fireplace & sliding glass door to a new composite deck with lovely view of Battenkill River. The lower level has a full bath and sliding glass door to another new composite deck. Two bedrooms plus a full bath can be found on the upper level. Amenities include wireless high speed Internet, cable TV, washer and dryer in the condo. No smoking. Utilities are extra. Pets will be considered on an individual basis. We are 10 minutes to Bromley and 25 minutes to Stratton. Best of all you can walk to Manchester or the recreation center in about 5 minutes. You'll love this location! Mimimum 30 day rental required per association guidelines. Summer rental @ $2000 per month. Winter rental @ 1650 per month.
