TRULY A BEAUTIFUL CONDO WITH ALL AMENITIES

I have to say this condo was more than what we expected in a vacation rental property. Our group of 12 ppl/3 families drove down from the Toronto area in Canada to stay a wk. in Florida from Dec.27 to Jan.3/09, 6 adults and 6 children, ages 12 to 20 yrs. old. Besides this property being pleasing to the eye with its great décor, it’s also clean, spacious & has everything you would need to make your stay a very pleasant one. The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities, plenty of dishes, pot & pans, even 2 grills. It comfortably sits at least 10 ppl. in the dining area plus more sitting space around the wonderful wet bar. We also had excess to a BBQ grill, another plus. We all had a great stay. The kids loved the heated pool & spa area but had to be pried out of the home entertainment area with the 84” screen TV & surround sound, great for their music listening. I personally loved the view from the various patios. The front view is of the beach & ocean, the back of the inner water inlet. The beach is great, clean and peaceful. All pool and beach necessities are included; chairs, towels & toys. Plus, 3 bikes at our disposal. The laundry room in the condo was well used during our stay, 12 ppl. go through many towels. The 5 bdrms. were delightful and very comfortable, just as the 5 bthrms. were, with its plush towels. Master bdrm. & bath is especially beautiful. We only have great things to say about this condo. Terry & Jerry, the owners, were very helpful and accommodating, a wonderful couple. The area around the condo it quaint, a small town feel. For relaxing it can’t be better. During our stay, we only wondered off the area 3 times, no one had any desire to leave the complex. We visited Universal Studios one of the days & drove to Daytona another. The Daytona 500 race track was a big hit. Our last outing was to St. Augustine for outlet mall shopping & sight seeing. Now that was a drive well worth it. The shopping was great but St. Augustine was wonderful & had lots to discover, the Fountain of Youth with all it’s history, Ripley’s believe or not museum and ghost tours, horse carriage rides and train tours, a castle and fort, and much more. If we had known it was so nice, we would have split the shopping & sightseeing into 2 days. One week was not enough. We haven’t stopped bragging about this condo to our family and friends and we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. When we decide to return to Florida, Terry will be one of the first to know.
