Newly renovated, Professionally decorated Condo: This completely remodeled San Diego condo is clean and comfortable with new, contemporary furnishings. It is located 1 mile east of Pacific Beach, and is a 5 minute drive to Mission Beach and Sea World Adventure Park. The living room has a large flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. It contains a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to accommodate your cooking needs. It is a perfect retreat for singles, couples or a family. There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. The newly renovated bathroom features a granite vanity, and a separate shower and tub. There is extra sleeping for one on our sectional couch located in the living room. Also available is an AeroBed inflatable mattress that sleeps 2 more. The dining room seats four people comfortably. There is also a desk in the front room. Washer/Dryer, iron and ironing board, private parking space, beach towels. The condo is 10 minutes away from San Diego Airport.

Sea World Adventure Park, Pacific Beach: Drive or bike 1 mile to Pacific Beach, known for its endless boardwalk and funky beach bars. After you have sunbathed and had your fill of surfing and boogie boarding, rent some beach cruisers or roller blades and cruise around the heavily trafficked boardwalk for sight seeing and people watching. Pacific beach is also perfect for romantic walks on the beach! Sea World Adventure Park is only 5 minutes by car! Watch the amazing killer whale (Shamu) and dolphin shows. See penguins, polar bears and even feed stingrays! Even if you will not be visiting Sea World, you can enjoy their fireworks show from the roof top community patio. Take a 5 minute car ride to Mission Bay with its network of waterways containing sandy beaches and marinas. Mission Bay offers Sailing, Kayaking, and Harbor Cruises. San Diego is also home to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Museums, the Scripps Aquarium, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Shopping, and Exciting Nightlife. San Diego contains over 90 golf courses.
