Sleeps 6 - 8. * Private 40 ft. boat slip w/power lift (16000 lb. maximum boat) & electrical outlets. 1 car space under the building by the elevator & additional spaces outside the building. Boat launches nearby on the harbor. * 50 inch Plasma TV in the Living Room & a 32' LCD flat screen TVs in each of the 3 bedrooms. All access Cox cable. Surround sound in the living room, dining room, master bedroom & patio. * Large living room, dining room & chef's kitchen. The unit has been professionally decorated w/top of the line Tommy Bahama furniture. * A great view of the harbor, Gulf beach access across the street & barbecue grills are located at the building on the harbor side.
