The Homestead is where the legend began as a simple cabin, now transformed into the perfect family getaway for our family and yours! Families and friends can have fun visiting together but with three separate living areas, all with kitchens, you can have privacy when you want it.

Spacious open areas, replete with gourmet kitchen, game room, window seats, breakfast bar, separate dining area, and windows across the entire oceanfront. Well siuted for large family vacation

Berni's Castle suited our family reunion very well. We rented all 3 apartments so there was space when some people wanted a little more privacy, and plenty of space in the main apartment for all 16 of us, including 2 babies.

Berni's Castle has both a 'cottage by the sea' feel, and an up-scale living space once you are inside. The view is glorious. Oceanside is a small out of the way place, but yet close enough to shopping, parks, churches and other amenities.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
