This beautiful three-bedroom/two-bath condo is located just 3.5 miles from Disney World, in the Villas at Somerset complex in Kissimmee, Florida. This is our private vacation home. We have upgraded the furniture, carpeting and installed brass fixtures in the bathrooms. Other features include ceramic tiled floors in the dining room, kitchen and bathrooms, ceiling fans in all bedrooms. We have even replaced the tiny toilets with new elongated ones. Floral wallpaper and artwork accents throughout make for luxurious accommodations. Enjoy high-speed internet access. We rent the unit ourselves, and we prefer to have it occupied instead of vacant; so our rates can't be beat! Weekly rentals from January through May, and September through December are $488. June through August, and holiday weeks (Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Years) are $667. Florida's 13% sales and tourist tax must be added to the above rates. There's a minimum four-night stay.

I would rate this condo fantastic !!!!! Where else can you get three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer & dryer, full kitchen & living room for this great price ??? I checked out hotel rooms and for more than this price you get a room. This condo is very well kept up and very clean !!! Thanks to the owners for allowing us into their home, it was great!!!

The property was everything we wanted. Great location only few hundred yards from the 192. The property was well maintained, clean and well furnished. We will definately stay there again when in the Kissimme location and will only be to pleased to recommend the property to our friends.

The club house, pool and gym were excellent and there were many resturants close by.

My family stayed here for 10 days during our ventures through the theme parks. It was perfect! The location was ideal. Everything is nearby including the parks, every restaurant you can dream of, grocery stores, department stores, flea markets, etc. The condo is extremely spacous, and comes equipt with all of the amenities you would need. It is very tastefully decorated with nearly new carpeting, tile flooring, furniture, appliances, and linens. It is the best bank for your buck, hands down. We met other families while hanging around the pool, all of which were very nice, giving us peace of mind with our young children around. We will be back for sure. There is no need to look elsewhere. We have found our "disney house", as our kids have named it.
