Designed by Jeff Shelton with mountain views and peeks of the ocean.
Simple open studio floor plan with french doors and lots of windows. Private, peaceful getaway tucked up just minutes from Montecito and Santa Barbara.
Please note: We do have a very friendly resident dog on the property who occasionally like to walk up and say hello.
Please note this is a property located in the mountains and is not recommended for those afraid of being situated in nature.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Santa Barbara and the Purple Casita was just perfect for us. From the secluded and quiet location, the bottle of wine to greet us and the subtle yet elegant decor, it was perfect. Although secluded it was a short 10 minute drive to State Street and the harbor. Everything was clean and welcoming and the bed was extra comfy. Thanks so much Kristi for a wonderful stay and your attentiveness to our every need.

Remote wild feel just a few minutes from Monticito/Santa Barbara

Wife really appreciated the architect’s whimsical eye and design. Modern feel in the wilderside of Santa Barbara Riviera.

Perfect couples getaway

Came to Santa Barbara for my girlfriends birthday. Found the home to be very clean and quaint. Quiet and secluded. Perfect for a couples getaway. We loved the back patio. An amazing view of the hillside and great star gazing at night. Kristi was a perfect host making sure we had everything we needed. Check in and check out was flawless.
