Breathtaking sunsets are visible from the large screened back porch. A community beach with tiki huts, barbecue areas, and picnic tables provides a fun gathering place when taking a break from the world-class fishing. This home includes a complete three-bedroom/two-bath home upstairs, and a complete one-bedroom/one-bath home downstairs. The house is close to great restaurants and entertainment areas. It includes two full kitchens, cable TV, air-conditioning, a washer-dryer, and tiled floors in the living areas.
