This three bedroom two bathroom house features a private swimming pool and stand alone Hot Tub. The house is located at Indian Creek and is just five minutes from Disney World. The master suite has a king-size bed. The two other bedrooms each have two single beds. Bedroom three is Disney themed. TVs in Family Room and master bedroom. The house is fully-equipped including full linens and towels. There is full air-conditioning throughout. No smoking in house but OK on covered pool deck. Pets considered - please mention when enquiring.

  • House available for rent all year. Nightly rate is from $89 plus tax at 13%. Rate is for the whole house and is not a per person charge.

    Precise nightly rate depends on number of nights booked, season and number of guests. Please e mail for availability and best price.

    20% Reservation Deposit payable at time of booking and is not refundable. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

    Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM.

    No cleaning fee for stays of 6 nights or longer. If your stay is less than 6 nights, then a cleaning fee of $70 will be charged.

    Security deposit of $140 required.

    Hot Tub heated free of charge. Pool heating additional.

    Small pets by arrangement - please mention when enquiring. Charge of $15 per pet per night.

We stayed here during Spring Break of 2008 and had a FANTASTIC time. The house was simply IMMACULATE and I have very high standards. The pool & hot tub were very clean. In fact, the day we were leaving, there was someone out to clean & test the water for the next guests! It's also really great that they have a privacy fence in the back yard, for swimming privacy. The kids loved the Disney room. I could not be more happy, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Florida. The photos do not do this home justice. Must see for yourself! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
