A charge of $100 that our condo association requires for us to process the prospective tenant`s application is required with your deposit. Full rent due 30 days prior to occupancy. Electricity is approx. $75/month, will be deducted from security deposit. A copy of the bill will be sent with remainder of you security deposit within 30 days of checkout, assuming there will be no damage to the property.Available on 6-month or yearly basis.
