Exquisite Tropical Paradise Luxury Waterfront Best Location

We would strongly recommend this property to families looking to fully enjoy everything that Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. There is easy access to Ft. Lauderdale airport and also to the rest of S. Florida. This property is exactly as pictured and described: totally beautiful and well maintained. Prepare to be "WOW-ed"!!! Paul, the owner, was magnificent: helpful, accomodating, knowledgeable of the area and a pleasure to speak with in person. Thank you, Paul.

The house is beautiful, but the manager's attitude left a LOT to be desired. Paul was great and overly helpful right up to the point that we arrived - and then he became extremely unprofessional toward us, to the point of screaming at us on the phone, TWICE, and calling us liars when we told him about all the things that we had issues with at the house. When we're spending that kind of money for a family vacation, we do expect to be treated fairly.
When we arrived, the pool was very dirty with branches and leaves, and as we were skimming and cleaning, we called to make sure it had been cleaned and was safe to swim in. Paul get very upset with us on the phone for TURNING ON THE JACUZZI. Are you not supposed to be able to use the hot tub while on vacation? There were no signs telling us not to! After that, we discovered that the internet connection didn't work, even using the WEP code that was left on the arrival/departure manual that we finally found. No one had been there to meet us when we arrived, so we had to fend for ourselves with figuring out how everything in the house worked (it took us 30 minutes to get the TV working!) There was a DVD remote, but no DVD player. The coffee pot had mold in it. The manual told us that we needed to leave garbage in the garage upon departure, but the garage was locked all week, and the garbage that remained from however many renters prior was overflowing from two buckets and three bags on the ground, with maggots and flies everywhere. There were no trash cans in any of the bathrooms, and no bathmats (one of the items the manual said we'd be charged for if they were missing when we left!) The final straw, and the reason we called Paul a second time, was that the front door key was impossible to use and we got locked out multiple times!
Among us, we own two businesses, and know what customer service should be. The attitude and rudeness that was given to us by Paul made us choose not to ruin our vacation more by speaking to him further during our stay. This was extremely upsetting behavior from him.
Think twice before you rent from this realtor.

Three couples stayed for my husbands 50th birthday. We loved everything, the location, the waterfront, the pool and even the neighbor! Very comfortable and clean.

The only drawback is the bridge noise. It can be a bit loud at times.
