Lower unit is a One Bedroom efficiency with Kitchen, Beautiful black Leather sectional (sleeper sofa), 36' Sony TV, full bath and Bedroom with 1-Queen size bed and 2- Twin beds. 1st floor Efficiency connects to 2nd and 3rd floor duplex making for a 4 bedroom unit that sleeps 12 in beds plus 2 full sleeper sofas 2nd and 3rd floors are a 3 bedroom Duplex with a large beautiful Stone Fire Place, granite countertop, and dinning area that seats 8. Second floor Living room and 3rd floor loft have 6'X12' of windows overlooking Hunter Mountain with a balcony off of the living room. 3rd floor bedroom has a Queen size bed, a twin bunk bed, VHS, X-BOX, washer and dryer. 2nd floor bedroom has sliding doors to front porch overlooking the Catskill Mountains with a Queen size bed. Loft has 1/2 bath & Queen size bed.

Our weekend staying at the townhouse could not have been better. It was right across the street from hunter mountain, the view was amazing and the distance to the slopes was perfect! The place was clean and just what we were looking for! We cant wait to go again next season!

Great Place to Stay at Hunter Mountain

My friends and I decided to rent a home for the weekend to celebrate two of our birthdays. I'm always skeptical about renting and paying for places without seeing them, but I was pleasantly surprised at the generous amount of space we all had. There was 12 of us all together and we rented all 3 floors. There was enough privacy for everyone, and enough communal space for us all to hang out together. When you think about the cost per person, it was a steal!
The description provided of the house was very accurate. Every single room in the house was exceptionally clean. Since there are 2 full kitchens, it made cooking and storing food very easy, and it's a cheap and more nutritious alternative than eating out all the time!
For those who like to eat out, just 2 miles before the townhouse is a strip of cute restaurants and bars. We particularly liked O'Neils for it's nightlife atmosphere. There was a good band and a friendly atmosphere. All 12 of us took a cab van to the bar at $4 a person - a great way to be safe as there are A LOT of speed traps as we were told by the owner.
The view of the mountain was gorgeous. The owner let us know that there would be fireworks on the mountain on one particular evening. Although we didn't even need it because we were so close to the mountain, we even had a telescope to view the event!
The owner sent us a catalog of different things to do and see in the area, as well as provided us with any answers we had regarding the area; he was so very helpful!
Unfortunately, the only part of our weekend that went wrong was that is was abnormally warm, so the iceskating at Windham (about 15 minutes away) was closed.
All in all, it was a wonderful trip! We're all excited to rent this home again, and trust me, so long as it's available, we WILL be renting again. It was a great home away from home and I'm so thrilled we took the chance.

This house is spacious and well-maintained. It is full of amenities and contains just about anything you can think of. The house is very clean and the 16 of us slept very comfortably. The location is perfect - just a few minutes from Tannersville (cute little town with restaurants and bars) and Hunter Mountain. We went skiing at Wyndham Mountain because they have night skiing. It was about a 15 minute drive from the house. Gary is very nice and professional. My security deposit was returned to me a few days after we left the house. I will definitely rent this house again in the future and recommend it to anyone with a large group of people looking to have a good time! Thanks, Gary!

Great House and Owner

We rented this townhouse from 1/22 - 1/25 and had a great time. Although we booked very last minute, the owner was extremely friendly and accomodating. There are plenty of ammenities and the house had more than enough room for all of us. It was impeccably clean and comfortable with a great view. With it's proximity to Hunter Mountain, Scribner Hollow Lodge and Main St. it is the perfect location. We would definitely rent this house again!

Excellent Rental! (Highly Recommended)

We rented this house Feb 6-8, 2009 to celebrate my husband's birthday with 11 friends (+us = total 13). There was plenty of room for us to sleep comfortably and the two couches in the living room on the second floor could have easily accommodated 2 or 3 more people. The house is in very good condition, the location is amazing with a view of Hunter Mountain from each window facing the mountain. The drive to Hunter is literally 2 minutes so if you ski, it's very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and will rent this house again with a large enough crowd.
