You can enjoy most water sports at the condos crystal clear water beach including surfing, scuba diving, kayaking, parasailing, banana boats, fishing, beach volley ball, sunset cruise, etc. This condo is fully-equipped with kitchen, laundry, balcony, a/c, ceiling fans all over, cable TV, off-street parking, Internet access, I pod music system, swimming pool/BBQ/gazebo area, beach chairs & umbrella, etc. Wake-up and take a swim at the condo beach or discover your own beach spot along Rincon 8 miles of beaches. For most visitors the most convenient location in Rincón. Located across Rincon Beach. Walking distance to the vantage point, marina/little Malibu beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, three surf shops, etc. 20-35 min. to ice skating, golf, water park, skate board park, cinemas, theater, casino, airport, etc.

I chose to buy in this location because the beach is great, the people are very friendly, the sunsets views are amazing from the condo or beach, the area is safe and everything you may need is close, mostly walking distance.

What makes this condo unique

Seconds to the beach in a very safe area. Our small bldg recreation area includes a nice pool and gazebo, BBQ, lounge chairs, beach gate, elevator, two off street private parking, water reserve and electric generator etc.. Our corner condo below the penthouse is very fresh. It has a nice sea view balcony with bbq, complete kitchen and laundry including regular and microwave ovens, big fridge, It is also very comfortable for readers (some novels included). You will love it.

This place has it all! location, and a view of the ocean.
Liz was very attentive and was helpful and prompt whenever I needed her. The pool was cleaned everyday! We had a blast going from the beach to the pool and again from the pool to the beach is so close that you can do that. There is a lady (Maria) a few steps away from the entrance that cooks awesome empanadillas for a good price! We when on a banana boat and it was a great experience and because we rented with Jose they give you a discount Alexis is the guy you want to talk to. Excellent for a family or a couple looking to unwind. look forward to staying here on my next trip! Gracias Jose!

Wonderful rental condo. The apartment complex was conveniently located near Balneario Beach, the Rincon water sports rentals and the marina. My unit was very clean and featured a fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, stove & microvave. The open living, dining concept included a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms had an air conditioning unit which I rarely used. The breeze from the ocean was terrific.

Jose, the property owner, provided wonderful personalized service. He's also very familiar with the eateries and activities nearby.
Lovely location and a great value for your money.

Thanksgiving escape

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and found a very cozy apartment in the center of everything. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, lovely balcony were we enjoyed dinners and long talks. We fell in love with the place and plan to go back again soon in 2012. Thanks for everything.
