My husband and I rented this condo on uncrowded Flagler Beach for a week and invited other family members and our adult children/families to visit while we were here. The unit itself is spacious without being too big when it was just the 2 of us, The furnishings are very comfortable, all the necessities from kitchen to bathroom were at our finger tips. We felt like the owner had just stepped out and allowed us the opportunity to enjoy the gorgeous ocean view and complex amenities. She was helpful and responsive to questions and the neighbors at the complex were friendly and helpful. The Publix grocery store was convenient for daily trips as meals were planned - the playground in "downtown" was clean and fun for our young grandsons - restaurants in the area were just "okay" - but at this location, simply prepared meals are perfectly enjoyed on the back porch in this beautiful, clean and relaxing atmosphere so there really is no need to eat out. Our 3-year old grandson said it best "Let's just stay on vacation!" Thanks for the warm hospitality.
