Perfect for any family!   House is located in the Center of Town in the EXCLUSIVE University Heights Subdivision ( Historic area).  Two blocks from St. John's Hospital, five blocks from MSU and down the street from Bass Pro's biggest store. A very safe and quiet neighborhood.  The house has ALL hardwood floors & CUSTOM TILE in the bathrooms. The den offers a grand entrance with french doors. The doors can be closed for privacy. Also included in the DEN is an office area, kids area , FLAT SCREEN TV, WOOD FIREPLACE, LIBRARY of books, toys, games, music, brand new hardwood floor, great area rugs, cozy blankets and the best couches for everyone. The house has 2500 square feet of pure luxury space.  TWO separate living areas are included. DEN and the FORMAL LIVING room. The kitchen has all NEW Stainless Steel appliances , GAS STOVE and everything needed for a gourmet meal. The house is all updated with new, comfortable and elegant furniture. The house also comes with Mature landscaping, outdoor music and lighting.  Birds and squirrel's visit on a daily basis around the OUTDOOR FOUNTAIN ( I hear used quit often as a kids POOL)   Great house for family reunions, wedding guests, vacation or executive meetings with all the comforts of home AND SO MUCH MORE!!!!!! I LOVE TO GIVE SURPRISES TO ALL.   THE bedrooms along with the BEDS & BEDDING are something to welcome our guests.  This house is the BEST OF THE BEST IN SPRINGFIELD, MO!!!!!!

What makes this house unique

Down filled feather beds on top of the Mattresses. LUXURY BEDDING, 450 count sheets! Very relaxing. Safe and quiet neighborhood in the heart of Springfield. Close to what ever you may need. Plenty of space for everyone. You need a quiet room? You have it! Very well built home and EXTREMELY CLEAN. The house is located walking distance to Phelps Grove Park with a swimming pool for kids. BEAUTIFUL HISTORIC area with so much character of Springfield. Every home is different in the area. CENTER OF SPRINGFIELD, close to St. John's Hospital, the colleges, shopping and any restaurant.

Wonderful - Great Location

This was a perfect for us. We stayed here for 2 weeks and there wasn't one item that we needed that wasn't there, including a heating pad. The house was incredibly clean and well maintained. It was close to everything. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. Holly is amazing and wonderful to work with. Much much much better than a hotel stay. Thank you Holly.

Family Reunion

We rented two homes to host a family reunion that included eight grandchildren, two sets of parents, grandparents and a great Grandmother. The homes were about one block from each other, easy walkingdistance for our families. Each house was in excellent condition, was as advertised, and Holly was a most gracious Hostess. The back yards were fenced/enclosed and provided a convenient place for the children to play when we were at either of the houses. The houses are conveniently located to almost every attraction in Springfield. We used the Nature Center, Fantastic Caverns and the Branson Scenic Railroad. We would recommend the houses without qualification and will most likely use them again ourselves.

Nice Home, Nice Area, Nice Accomodations

We rented this house for family's stay during the week of our daughter's wedding in Springfield. Everyone was very comfortable, there was plenty of room for the 8 of us, everything was clean, and there were lots of different areas in the home to relax during 'down time'. We had a few out of town guests over to view the wedding video on the large panel tv in the living room the day following the wedding; plenty of space for everyone to sit for the viewing, plenty of table space for snacks to follow. Everyone commented on how lovely the home was and what a great find for our family for a 'base camp' during the busy week. Thank you, Holly, for making available to us your lovely rental property that only served to make our memorable week in Springfield an even more memorable experience!

Felt like Home

We had the wonderful opportunity to say here for a week while visiting our family and previous hometown of 19 years. The home was beautiful and comfortable. This was so much nicer for our family of 6 to stay in rather than a hotel room and probably cheaper in the long run. It was nice to have a wonderful well stocked kitchen to make meals in as well as a grill outside(I enjoyed taking a break from cooking while my husband made several meals that week. We definitely utilized the family room with our 4 children and they enjoyed all the toys and books that Holly makes available to her guests. The backyard with the playset was a definite plus for us and gave our children the ability to remain active. This home was a plus with a child with autism; I didnt have to worry about the kids being to loud in a hotel room or climbing up the walls without anything to do. Holly even went the extra mile to put away any animated toys my autistic son is afraid of. It was wonderful to be able to bring our family dog with us on vacation and have a cookout with our extended family.
Will definitely be making plans to stay at Holly's Homes on our next visit to Springfield.

Perfect Place for Family Gathering!

Four generations of our family recently spend two nights a Holly's home when in Springfield for the wedding of one of my husband's daughters. We couldn't have asked for more! The home is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Holly has included every amenity we could possibly think of to make for a great time. Having this home, with it's comfortable living areas and beautiful back yard, allowed all of us to relax and visit. And the play gym for the kids is perfect!
