Architecturally designed to make the most of the gorgeous waterfront views. Downstairs an open living area with kitchen, dining room and living room also overlook the water and there is a separate bathroom, mudroom and shower for your convenience. Have sundowners on the screened in porch while watching the sunset. Enjoy the serenity of the views from the observation tower at sunrise and sunset, and during the day explore the island of Chincoteague and take part in all the activities the island has to offer: The Assateague beach, birding, boating, cruises, tours, bike rentals, the famous wild ponies, the Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, artart galleries, antique shopping, restaurants and much more.
